How to delete your Disability Club Account

Step One: Log in to the app or website
Log in to either the app or the Disability Club website. If you have forgotten your password please use the password reset feature. If you are unable to recover your password you can lodge a support request.

Step Two: Navigate to your profile
On the app press the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen or on the website click the profile dropdown on the top right.

Step Three: Open Settings
Select Settings on the app. If you are using the website select the Account option in the profile dropdown menu.

Step Four: Delete Your Account
In the Settings Menu on the app, scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu and you will see a Delete Account button. On the website, after clicking the Account option in the profile dropdown you will see a button to delete your account on the left under Account Settings.

Data Retention

Once you delete your account, the account and any associated data cannot be recovered. Disability Club may retain some of your profile data including personal information, comments and messages in platform backups for up to 90 days. 

Report

Harassment or bullying behavior
Contains mature or sensitive content
Contains misleading or false information
Contains abusive or derogatory content
Contains spam, fake content or potential malware

Block Member?

Please confirm you want to block this member.

You will no longer be able to:

  • See blocked member's posts
  • Mention this member in posts
  • Invite this member to groups
  • Message this member
  • Add this member as a connection

Please note: This action will also remove this member from your connections and send a report to the Disability Club team. Please allow a few minutes for this process to complete.
